Privacy and Data Security

Flight data often contains sensitive information about a client’s site, infrastructure or land. We treat that data as the client’s property and protect it accordingly.

Raw imagery and flight data is held in a restricted archive once processing is complete. Archive access is limited to the mission team.

On client request the raw data is delivered and deleted from our systems.

TLS encryption in transit, disk encryption at rest, role-based access rights and access logging are applied.

Images of people captured incidentally during a flight are masked or deleted at the processing stage and are never used for a separate purpose.

If a data security breach is detected, affected clients and, where regulation requires, the Personal Data Protection Authority are informed within seventy-two hours.
