Through the request form: full name, organisation, email, phone, your role and area of interest, and the request text you submit.

Through newsletter signup: email address.

Through site usage: anonymous usage statistics, if you have consented.

Your data is processed to evaluate your request, respond to you, plan flight operations, run contract processes and meet legal obligations.

The legal basis is the formation and performance of a contract, legitimate interest and your explicit consent. Newsletter and marketing cookies are processed on explicit consent only.

Your data may be transferred to our hosting and email service providers, and to competent public authorities upon lawful request. Where a flight operation requires it, data may be shared with the Directorate General of Civil Aviation for permit processes. No transfers are made outside Turkey.

Under article 11 of the law you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, request correction or deletion, object to processing and claim compensation for damage.

Request records are kept for three years after the relevant process ends; records under a contractual relationship are kept for ten years. When you unsubscribe, your email address is removed from the list.
