Request Tracking

When you submit the request form you receive a request number by email. You can track the process with this number.

Stage one: technical evaluation — two working days. Stage two: response with flight plan, delivery list and price range. Stage three: permit processes and flight schedule. Stage four: flight operation. Stage five: delivery and reporting.

For standard missions the delivery confirmation, flight log and operation report are shared in a single file within five working days of completing the flight. For multi-point and long-corridor projects this may extend with mission size and is stated in the quotation.
