Service Agreement

Subject
The agreement sets out the scope of the unmanned aircraft transport service to be performed by HavarTek.com, the deliverables, the schedule and the price.
Obligations of the parties
HavarTek.com is responsible for obtaining flight permits, conducting the flight in line with regulation, maintaining insurance cover and delivering the agreed outputs.
The client is responsible for providing site access, declaring take-off and delivery points and known obstacles, and completing any institutional permissions that fall on their side.
Price and payment
The price is set by distance, the load to be carried, number of trips and delivery schedule, and is fixed in the quotation. Payment follows the schedule stated there.
Weather and postponement
Operations are postponed in wind, precipitation or visibility conditions affecting flight safety. Postponement carries no additional charge; a new schedule is agreed mutually.
Data ownership and confidentiality
The right to use the outputs produced by the flight belongs to the client. HavarTek.com obtains separate written permission for any reference use. Field data is not shared with third parties.
Termination
Either party may terminate by written notice before the operation starts. For operations already begun, the price accrues in proportion to work completed.
